Se desarrollan t\u00e9cnicas que se basan en esta doble descripci\u00f3n para abordar la cuesti\u00f3n de la difusi\u00f3n an\u00f3mala fraccional en medios no est\u00e1ticos. Concretamente, se estudian tres tipos de flujo de cizalla lineales, un flujo de poiseuille entre placas paralelas y un flujo bidimensional estacionario, estratificado y aleatorio. En todos estos casos se establecen los reg\u00edmenes dispersivos en tiempos asint\u00f3ticos para caminantes aleatorios en tiempo fractal y, donde ha sido posible, para vuelos de l\u00e9vy.  complementando esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n principal se incluyen dos trabajos que exploran otros aspectos de la difusi\u00f3n an\u00f3mala fraccional: el an\u00e1lisis de posibles generalizaciones de la ecuaci\u00f3n de cattaneo y las propiedades de localizaci\u00f3n de un caminante aleatorio dirigido en una red unidimensional desordenada cuando la din\u00e1mica viene dominada
