{"id":36274,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/deteccion-de-mutaciones-puntuales-en-el-gen-c-k-ras-en-tumores-ovaricos\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"deteccion-de-mutaciones-puntuales-en-el-gen-c-k-ras-en-tumores-ovaricos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/deteccion-de-mutaciones-puntuales-en-el-gen-c-k-ras-en-tumores-ovaricos\/","title":{"rendered":"Deteccion de mutaciones puntuales en el gen c-k-ras en tumores ovaricos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mir\u00edam Cuatrecasas Freixas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Analizamos la presencia de mutaciones puntuales en los codones 12 y 13 del gen c-k-ras a partir de material parafinado, mediante la reacci\u00f3n en cadena de la polimerasa (pcr) y el an\u00e1lisis del polimorfismo de los fragmentos de restricci\u00f3n (rflp), en tumores epiteliales del ovario, divididos en tumores mucinosos y no mucinosos con el fin de determinar el papel de este gen en el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n neopl\u00e1sica en el ovario, su valor pron\u00f3stico e implicaciones cl\u00ednico-patol\u00f3gicas.  estudiamos la presencia de mutaciones en tumores sincr\u00f3nicos del ovario y ap\u00e9ndice cecal, con el fin de aportar una base molecular s\u00f3lida sobre el origen independiente o metast\u00e1sico de los mismos. Los resultados est\u00e1n reflejados en tres art\u00edculos publicados.  concluimos: a) las mutaciones en los codones 12 y 13 del gen c-k-ras se asocian al fenotipo mucinoso por: la diferencia estad\u00edsticamente significativa en la incidencia de mutaciones entre los tumores mucinosos y los no mucinosos; la frecuencia similar de mutaciones en tumores mucinosos de tipo intestinal y endocervical y la alta frecuencia de mutaciones en tumores de brenner benignos con diferenciaci\u00f3n mucinosa. B) las mutaciones en los codones 12 y 13 del gen c-k-ras son alteraciones gen\u00e9ticas que ocurren en fases iniciales de la patog\u00e9nesis de los tumores mucinosos del ovario por: su frecuencia creciente desde los tumores mucinosos benignos hasta los de mayor agresividad biol\u00f3gica y por la presencia de la misma mutaci\u00f3n en varios componentes de distinto grado histol\u00f3gico de un mismo tumor. C) en los tumores no mucinosos, las mutaciones c-k-ras son alteraciones gen\u00e9ticas relacionadas con la progresi\u00f3n tumoral. D) en los tumores del epitelio-estroma del ovario no hemos podido demostrar ninguna relaci\u00f3n entre mutaciones c-k-ras, el pron\u00f3stico de los tumores, la supervivencia de las pacientes, ni con ning\u00fan otro par\u00e1metro cl\u00ednico-patol\u00f3gico.
