Se han fabricado dispositivos memfet selectivos al cation plata (i) y al ani\u00f3n perclorato (clo4-), mediante la deposici\u00f3n de membranas polim\u00e9ricas selectivas a dichos iones. Los resultados obtenidos son muy satisfactorios.  se ha estudiado la fabricaci\u00f3n de isfets en una tecnolog\u00eda cmos comercial (1,0 micras de atm-es2). Se ha probado que los dispositivos pueden fabricarse con \u00e9xito si se utiliza una estructura de puerta formado por el \u00f3xido de silicio de puerta, un electrodo central flotante el\u00e9ctricamente formado por el polisilicio de puerta mas los dos metales, y el oxinitruro de silicio de pasivaci\u00f3n. Este \u00faltimo act\u00faa como material sensible al ph en contacto con el l\u00edquido.  se han fabricado isfet integrados mediante la tecnolog\u00eda cmos de 2,5 micras de cnm \u00abcnm25\u00bb. A partir de la caracterizaci\u00f3n de estos dispositivos, se han obtenido los par\u00e1metros para un modelo de simulaci\u00f3n spice de los isfets fabricados en la tecnolog\u00eda cmos-cnm25 con
