Se ha desarrollado un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n y se han fabricado dispositivos con una buena sensibilidad y un bajo consumo.  se han integrado monol\u00edticamente sensores de presi\u00f3n en circuiter\u00eda cmos. Los problemas de compatibilizaci\u00f3n se han identificado y solucionado. Igualmente se han integrado sensores isfet con circuiter\u00eda cmos. La experiencia adquirida se ha utilizado para el desarrollo y la fabricaci\u00f3n de un chip cmos con sensores de presi\u00f3n isfet y de temperatura. Adem\u00e1s, este chip se ha adapatado a las restricciones impuestas por un microsistema multichip para aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
