Los ensayos biol\u00f3gicos se han realizado utilizando embriones murinos, obteni\u00e9ndose tras la congelaci\u00f3n un 81.44% y un 42.20% de desarrollo hasta blastocisto al utilizar respectivamente, este sistema o el congelador minicool as25 ampliamente utilizado en los programas de fiv.  al congelar embriones humanos, utilizando el minicool as25 se ha obtenido una supervivencia del 27.9% y del 16.9% con embriones de calidad i y ii respectivamente, los resultados obtenidos al utilizar el nuevo sistema que incorpora el cm25 han sido de un 76.5% en embriones de calidad i y de un 50.8% en embriones de calidad ii. Al aplicar un test de regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica para determinar la influencia de los distintos par\u00e1metros (maternos, embrionarios y\/o t\u00e9cnicos) implicados en el proceso de congelaci\u00f3n de embriones humanos se ha demostrado, que el \u00e9xito del proceso viene determinado en primer lugar, por el sistema de congelaci\u00f3n utilizado y en menor y \u00faltimo grado,
