Las mayores diferencias se observaron en los lotes del concentrado p (pa y pm), resultando la interacci\u00f3n entre nivel y tipo de concentrado, igualmente significativa (p&lt;0.05). La ingesti\u00f3n de forraje y el total de materia seca ingerida se vieron afectados por los factores estudiados. En el segundo ensayo se utilizaron 36 ovejas en segunda lactaci\u00f3n, divididas en dos grupos de 18 animales representativos de las razas manchega (mn) y lacaune (lc), respectivamente. Despu\u00e9s del per\u00edodo de cr\u00eda, los animales pasaron a orde\u00f1o, recibiendo una raci\u00f3n mezclada (ensilado de ma\u00edz, heno de alfalfa picado, pulpa de remolacha y concentrado), suministrada ad libitum. Las ovejas fueron mantenidas en estabulaci\u00f3n permanente. Se control\u00f3 diariamente la ingesti\u00f3n voluntaria, as\u00ed como semanalmente la producci\u00f3n y composici\u00f3n individual de leche. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que la producci\u00f3n de leche orde\u00f1ada present\u00f3 valores superiores en las ovejas de raza lc (+0.86 1\/d, p&lt;0.001) con menor ca\u00edda en el momento del destete de los corderos (lc: 16% y mn: 41%). La composici\u00f3n media de la leche orde\u00f1ada mostr\u00f3 diferencias de +1.42 g\/100 ml, para la grasa, y de +0.70 g\/100 ml, para la prote\u00edna, a favor de las ovejas mn. La ingesti\u00f3n media de alimento durante los per\u00edodos pi y pii result\u00f3 superior en las lc (+0.62 kg ms\/d, p&lt;0.001).
