Y por otro, el estudio de los problemas que presenta la aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica al an\u00e1lisis de productos que se fabrican de un modo reproducible.  se estudian las estrategias que permiten obtener un conjunto de muestras que cubra el intervalo de concentraciones aceptado en la fabricaci\u00f3n del producto y que sea representativo de todas las fuentes de variaci\u00f3n asociadas a la fabricaci\u00f3n que afectan al espectro. Este conjunto de muestras permitir\u00e1 desarrollar m\u00e9todos que cuantifique con igual exactitud tanto los valores pr\u00f3ximos al nominal como los l\u00edmites aceptados por el fabricante. Asimismo se comparan diferentes tratamientos matem\u00e1ticos de los espectros para reducir el efecto de la dispersi\u00f3n en las medidas antes de establecer el modelo de calibraci\u00f3n y las t\u00e9cnicas de calibraci\u00f3n multivariable m\u00e1s utilizadas en espectroscopia nir (mlr, pcr y plsr) para realizar la determinaci\u00f3n del principio activo.
