Los niveles bajos de prote\u00ednas umudcec en s.Typhimurium lexa(def) por pgy8294 produjo una respuesta normal frente a uv y mms. La sobreexpresi\u00f3n por prw30 produjo respuesta variable frente a uv y menor frente a mms, mientras que la sobreexpresi\u00f3n por pse117 anul\u00f3 la respuesta frente a uv y disminuy\u00f3 la misma frente a mms. Por lo que, al observarse niveles constantes de prote\u00edna umu c, se propone que el exceso de prote\u00edna umud origina complejos inactivos anulando o disminuyendo la respuesta mutag\u00e9nica de la cepa lexa11\/pse117.  por otro lado se ha demostrado que una s\u00f3la copia cromos\u00f3mica de mucab promueve la mutag\u00e9nesis sos de s.Typhimurium y adem\u00e1s sugiere una posible interacci\u00f3n entre las prote\u00ednas umudcst y sus an\u00e1logas mucab, lo que modificar\u00eda la respuesta mutag\u00e9nica de s.Typhimurium frente a la radiaci\u00f3n uv y a ciertos
