Melanogaster portadoras del alelo white-ivory, la cepa ywi y la cepa wi tetraplicada (portadora de una tetraplicaci\u00f3n del locus white), mediante los agentes alquilantes ems, mms y enu. El an\u00e1lisis molecular y la cuantificaci\u00f3n de pigmentos rojos de las l\u00edneas creadas a partir de los revertientes obtenidos a nivel germinal procedentes de la cepa ywi, indica que este fenotipo es debido a la p\u00e9rdida extremadamente precisa de las 2,96kb duplicadas en t\u00e1ndem caracter\u00edsticas del alelo white-ivory. En el caso de la cepa wi tetraplicada se han obtenido tres fenotipos diferentes en el an\u00e1lisis de mutaci\u00f3n en la l\u00ednea germinal, tras realizar el an\u00e1lisis molecular y la cuantificaci\u00f3n de pigmentos rojos, hemos encontrado que los revertientes a fenotipo salvaje han perdido la duplicaci\u00f3n de 2,96kb en al menos, una de las copias del locus white; los individuos de fenotipo de ojos oscuros presentan deleciones de 1 y 2 kb en dos de las copias del gen white, y los mutantes de ojos claros tienen un n\u00famero menor de copias del gen white que la
