Teresa De Los <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han desarrollado y puesto a punto una serie de t\u00e9cnicas complementarias de diagn\u00f3stico que han permitido una caracterizaci\u00f3n muy completa de los procesos que tienen lugar en una descarga luminiscente de n2o. Desde el punto de vista experimental, se ha construido una c\u00e9lula de descarga de c\u00e1todo hueco con una configuraci\u00f3n de dos \u00e1nodos. Las t\u00e9cnicas experimentales empleadas para el diagn\u00f3stico del plasma han sido: sonda doble de langmuir, espectrometr\u00eda de masas cuadrupolar, y espectroscop\u00eda infrarroja por transformada de fourier.  con el empleo de las t\u00e9cnicas mencionadas se ha determinado la densidad y energ\u00eda electr\u00f3nicas en el plasma, as\u00ed como la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del mismo para un amplio rango de valores de los par\u00e1metros representativos (potencia el\u00e9ctrica suministrada, presi\u00f3n inicial de n2o, flujo de gas&#8230;), Para el caso de una descarga continua.  por primera vez se detecta no2 en una descarga luminiscente de n2o.  en el caso de modulaci\u00f3n de la descarga a frecuencias muy lentas (0,075 hz) o m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas (45 hz), se ha procedido a la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los procesos din\u00e1micos que tienen lugar en el plasma, empleando t\u00e9cnicas con resoluci\u00f3n temporal y detecci\u00f3n lock in mediante el uso de espectroscop\u00eda ftir y espectrometr\u00eda de masas.
