Se ha aplicado la teor\u00eda de scaling, en el seno de la teor\u00eda de campo efectivo, a cristales ferroel\u00e9ctricos uniaxiales. El comportamiento tricr\u00edtico del selenato de triglicina (tgse) ha sido confirmado. Se ha desarrollado una ecuaci\u00f3n de estado v\u00e1lida para transiciones por temperatura y por presi\u00f3n. Su validez ha sido comprobada mediante la teor\u00eda de scaling. Los datos experimentales (ciclos de hist\u00e9resis) fueron adquiridos y analizados mediante ordenador, haciendo uso de software desarrollado a lo largo de la tesis. Las mejoras experimentales que este software supone quedan patentes en la calidad de los datos.
