Este proceso es necesario para realizar la reconstrucci\u00f3n tridimensional, y adem\u00e1s, mejorar la resoluci\u00f3n de la misma. El estudio se divide en dos grandes grupos: las metodolog\u00edas basadas en prototipo y las no basadas en un prototipo. Todos los programas desarrollados est\u00e1n disponibles en xmipp (j.  strat. Biol. 116,1996) el software de uso p\u00fablico desarrollado por nuestro grupo de trabajo, para el procesado de datos de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
