Cerevisiae, disminuyendo por tanto la eficiencia de fosforilacion oxidativa. Este efecto activador se produce por un cambio en la estequiometria h+\/2e- de algun complejo de la cadena respiratoria, y luego (conforme aumenta la concentracion de atp) por la activacion de una via de permeabilidad a protones. El fosfato y el adp actuan como inhibidores de los efectos producidos por el atp.
