Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Empleando un sistema de transcripcion especifica con rna polimerasa del fago t7, se ha observado que la presencia del octamero de histonas (h2a-h2b.H3-44)2 bloquea la iniciacion de la transcripcion mientras que la ausencia de histonas h2a y h2b y la acetilacion o eliminacion de los extremos aminoterminales de las histonas h2a y h2b permite parcialmente la iniciacion de la transcripcion.  los molde oromatinicos empleados se han caracterizado estructuralmente por digestion con nucleasa micrococal, distribucion de topoisomeros tras relajacion con topoisomerasa i y microscopia electronica tras tratamiento con psoraleno.
