trabajo es la comprension de los procesos difractivos en fisica de particulas de altas energias en terminos de la teoria microscopica de la interaccion fuerte, la cromodinamica cuantica.  el trabajo es un estudio de la naturaleza y estructura del pomeron, objeto mediador de las interacciones difractivas y responsable del comportamiento de las secciones eficaces totales hadronicas a altas energias.  el estudio desvela la existencia de procesos partonicos duros en las interacciones difractivas foton virtual-proton compatibles con una subestructura partonica de quarks y de gluones en el
