Ines <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido estudiar el efecto directo del glp-1t sobre el metabolismo hep\u00e1tico de la glucosa, en la diabetes mellitus. Para ello, se han utilizado hepatocitos aislados de ratas normales y tratadas con estreptozotocina -modelos de diabetes tipo 1 y 2-.  las aportaciones originales de este trabajo se pueden englobar en 4 apartados:  1. En el hepatocito aislado de la rata diab\u00e9tica tipo 1 y 2, el glp-1t ejerce efectos insulinomim\u00e9ticos sobre el metabolismo de la glucosa, estimulando la actividad gluc\u00f3geno sintasa a, la s\u00edntesis de gluc\u00f3geno, y la oxidaci\u00f3n y utilizaci\u00f3n de glucosa, de forma similar que en ratas normales, si bien en las de tipo 1 la sensibilidad al p\u00e9ptido parece ser menor, y el n\u00famero de receptores parece estar aumentado.  2. La activaci\u00f3n de la gluc\u00f3geno sintasa a hep\u00e1tica por glp-1t es r\u00e1pida, ocurre a dosis fisiol\u00f3gicas del p\u00e9ptido, y es dependiente de glucosa.  3. Un inositolfosfoglicano permite estar involucarado en el mecanismo de acci\u00f3n del glp-1t en el h\u00edgado.  4.
