Se construy\u00f3 una l\u00ednea de empaquetamiento estable de vectores retrovirales con tropismo por c\u00e9lulas cd4+, mediante la quimereris de la prote\u00edna de la envuelta del virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana (hiv) y las prote\u00ednas gag-pol del virus de la leucemia murina de rat\u00f3n (mlv). Este sistema de empaquetamiento no funcion\u00f3 debido a la exclusi\u00f3n est\u00e9rica de la prote\u00edna de la envuelta de hiv de part\u00edculas de mlv, lo que las hac\u00eda no infectivas.  2. Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un sistema de empaquetamiento transitorio desprovisto de integrasa basado en mlv. Este sistema permite la formaci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas virales recombinantes capaces de completar la retrotranscripci\u00f3n y entrada en el n\u00facleo de la c\u00e9lula hu\u00e9sped. Esta situaci\u00f3n es id\u00f3nea para optimizar la interacci\u00f3n de los dnas hom\u00f3logos viral y celular.  3. Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un sistema de empaquetamiento transitorio basado en mlv para que las part\u00edculas virales producidas sean capaces de infectar c\u00e9lulas que no se dividen.
