Los objetivos de este trabajo son: construir un modelo de perfil de riesgo para el manejo de lesiones no palpables de mama, y que facilite el diagn]ostico precoz de c\u00e1ncer de mama; determinar la correlaci]on entre los par\u00e1metros utilizados y su capacidad de predicci]on conjunta; determinar si existe una correlaci]on entre los factores de riesgo, los patrones radiol]ogicos y los hallazgos anatomopatol]ogicos; determinar cual es el grado y sentido de esta correlaci]on entre los factores de riesgo, patrones radiol]ogicos y el c\u00e1ncer correspondiente; determinar la capacidad de predicci]on individual y conjunta de los factores analizados; y crear un programa inform\u00e1tico basado en los c\u00e1lculos estad\u00edsticos con capacidad de predecir la probabilidad de padecer c\u00e1ncer de mama en las pacientes estudiadas. Para lo cual se han utilizado 303 casos de pacientes con lesiones no palpables. El tratamiento estad\u00edstico se ha realizado mediante tablas de contingencia, an\u00e1lisis de residuos y regresi]on log\u00edstica multivariante. Los factores de riesgo utilizados para la construcci]on del modelo son: la edad actual, la edad de la menarquia (para- premenop\u00e1usicas), los a\u00f1os menstruales (para postmenop\u00e1usicas), los antecedentes personales, los antecedentes familiares y el patr]on radiol]ogico de la lesi]on no palpable.
