En primer lugar se han caracterizado los compuestos cuga1-yinyte2, analizando sus propiedades estructurales y de transporte y se han calculado las ionicidades y constantes de fuerza del enlace iii-te. En segundo lugar, se ha estudiado el efecto de las desviaciones estaquiom\u00e9tricas en las propiedades estructurales, el\u00e9ctricas y \u00f3pticas del cuinse2, determin\u00e1ndose algunos niveles de defectos que aparecen en el gap.  en una segunda parte, los compuestos se han estudiado en forma de l\u00e1mina delgada. Se han depositado, por evaporaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, l\u00e1minas delgadas de compuestos cuaternarios de cuga1-yinyte2 con diferentes temperaturas de sustrato analizando su composici\u00f3n y sus propiedades estructurales, de transporte y \u00f3pticas, as\u00ed como el efecto de diversos tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos. Igualmente con l\u00e1minas de cuga1-zinzse2 depositadas por evaporaci\u00f3n \u00abflash\u00bb determin\u00e1ndose las mejores condiciones de crecimiento.
