En este trabajo se describen los efectos de las quimioquinas y otras citoquinas quimiot\u00e1cticas (il-2 e il-15) en la polarizaci\u00f3n de los linfocitos t y c\u00e9lulas nk. Las quimioquinas inducen en los linfocitos t y c\u00e9lulas nk la formaci\u00f3n de dos polos funcionalmente distintos en la c\u00e9lula. Al frente de avance de la c\u00e9lula se redistribuyen los receptores de quimioquinas, guiando a la c\u00e9lula durante la quimiotaxis.  a la parte posterior o ur\u00f3podo, se redistribuyen los receptores de adhesi\u00f3n icam-1,-3,cd43 y cd44. El ur\u00f3podo celular, una estructura que concentra gran cantidad de mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n exponi\u00e9ndolas al medio, media el reclutamiento de c\u00e9lulas t o nk adicionales.  la polarizaci\u00f3n de los linfocitos correlaciona con la adquisici\u00f3n del fenotipo migratorio y es dependiente de la adhesi\u00f3n v\u00eda integrinas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
