Con los datos aportados a partir de estas t\u00e9cnicas, y en relaci\u00f3n con los datos de patogenicidad en campo de estas cepas, se pretende establecer las relaciones evolutivas y ecol\u00f3gicas de las diferentes cepas en un entorno dado, agrupando cepas virulentas e hipovirulentas. As\u00ed se pretende establecer la existencia de diferentes subgrupos dentro del ag-2 en base a su patogenicidad. Hasta el momento, y con estas t\u00e9cnicas, se han identificado 4 subgrupos diferentes dentro del ag-2 que correlacionan con los datos de campo y patogenicidad de los aislados. Los datos de secuencia de todas las cepas han permitido el dise\u00f1o de cebadores espec\u00edficos de cada subgrupo para permitir una identificaci\u00f3n y tipado r\u00e1pido por pcr. As\u00ed, y por la t\u00e9cnica de pcr, se podr\u00e1 hacer una detecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de nuevos aislados al conocer el subgrupo de anastomosis al cual pertenece el aislado, evitando asi el uso de t\u00e9cnicas cl\u00e1sicas de taxonom\u00eda, las cuales en hongos filamentosos no aportan tanta informaci\u00f3n como las t\u00e9cnicas moleculares.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
