Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la variaci\u00f3n que sufre la interfase s\u00f3lido-l\u00edquido de los cristales de silenitas y linbo3 crecidos por el m\u00e9todo czochralski en funci\u00f3n de los diversos valores de los par\u00e1metros de crecimiento empleado. Se ha investigado la influencia que la forma de la interfase tiene sobre la morfolog\u00eda de estos cristales y sobre su calidad cristalina. Se ha estudiado de forma particular el fen\u00f3meno core que tiene lugar en las silenitas cuando la interfase no es plana, focalizando la investigaci\u00f3n en los par\u00e1metros que influyen en la aparici\u00f3n del core y en el an\u00e1lisis de estas zonas core por diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n.
