Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han expresado de forma soluble y caracterizado varios miembros de la familia de receptores de nk (p58\/p50), as\u00ed como ciertos alelos de hla. Se ha analizado in vitro el patr\u00f3n de reconocimiento entre estos receptores y sus ligandos, estudiando los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos, usando la tecnolog\u00eda de biacore. Nkat1 reconoce hla-cw6 con velocidades de asociaci\u00f3n y disociaci\u00f3n extremadamente r\u00e1pidas. Hla-cw7 reconoce a nkat2 de manera similar. El p\u00e9ptido presentado por la mol\u00e9cula de hla-cw7 afecta el reconocimiento por nkat2. Las mol\u00e9culas p50 analizadas no reaccionan con hla. En el caso de clon 49 la mutaci\u00f3n en posici\u00f3n 45 restablece la uni\u00f3n.
