Una caracter\u00edstica importante de esta sustancia es que en su composici\u00f3n toma parte el \u00e1cido tart\u00e1rico, un producto natural excedente de la industria vin\u00edcola. Los estudios de degradaci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta mostraron una susceptibilidad a la hidr\u00f3lisis mucho m\u00e1s acusada que la de los nylons comerciales.  el prop\u00f3sito de esta tesis es aumentar el car\u00e1cter (bio)degradable de p6dmlt. Con este fin, es interesante estudiar qu\u00e9 influencia tiene en sus propiedades, en especial en su tendencia a la degradaci\u00f3n, la introducci\u00f3n de grupos hidrol\u00edticamente inestables tipo \u00e9ster en la cadena polim\u00e9rica.  inicialmente, se sintetizaron y se caracterizaron una serie mon\u00f3meros para realizar las polimerizaciones. Todos estos compuestos se obtuvieron a partir de los di\u00e1cidos tart\u00e1rico y succ\u00ednico, de la 1,6-hexametilendiamina y el 1,6-hexanodiol. A continuaci\u00f3n se abord\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de dos series de pol\u00edmeros, una primera (p6stexay) que contiene cantidades variables de grupos \u00e9ster en la cadena principal, y una segunda serie (p6dalta,p6dibulta y p6hiltam) con grupos \u00e9ster como sustituyentes laterales.  1.- Poliesteramidas p6stexay. La caracterizaci\u00f3n mediante rmn mostr\u00f3 que los grupos \u00e9ster est\u00e1n distribuidos de forma aleatoria en la cadena polim\u00e9rica. Adem\u00e1s, estos pol\u00edmeros mostraron ser muy higrosc\u00f3picos, altamente cristalinos y con una estabilidad t\u00e9rmica que est\u00e1 en un rango de 10 grados por encima de las temperaturas de fusi\u00f3n de los pol\u00edmeros. Los ensayos mec\u00e1nicos han mostrado que la introducci\u00f3n de grupos \u00e9ster en la cadena polim\u00e9rica de la p6dmlt hace disminuir el m\u00f3dulo de young y la carga m\u00e1xima, sin embargo, hace aumentar de forma considerable la elongaci\u00f3n a rotura.
