{"id":3675,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/conduccion-electrica-en-uniones-nanoscopicas-superconductoras\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"conduccion-electrica-en-uniones-nanoscopicas-superconductoras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/conduccion-electrica-en-uniones-nanoscopicas-superconductoras\/","title":{"rendered":"Conduccion electrica en uniones nanoscopicas superconductoras"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Rodrigo Rodriguez Jos\u00e9 Gabriel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La utilizacion del microscopio de efecto tunel de barrido (stm) en el estudio espectroscopico de uniones superconductoras de escala atomica, aplicado al sistema pb-pb, ha permitido determinar los distintos regimenes de conduccion electrica en este tipo de uniones: tunel de vacio, reflexion de andreev, o procesos de transmision que implican la reflexion de pares electron-hueco, y transmision por efecto josephson, es decir, el paso corriente de pares de cooper a voltaje cero entre los dos electrodos. La tecnica empleada permite obtener dichos regimenes de conduccion de forma controlada y reproducible en uniones variables de 1 a 1000 atomos. En esta memoria se presentan una serie de modelos teoricos desarrollados a partir del formalismo de blonder, tinkham y klapwijk, que describen perfectamente los fenomenos observados (barrera tunel y funcion de trabajo, evolucion del gap superconductor, de la estructura de fonones, del valor del voltaje critico josephson, etc.). Estos analisis se han aplicado a la interpretacion de los resultados obtenidos en superconductores de alta temperatura critica.
