Para ello se ha desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo de evaluaci\u00f3n de la cin\u00e9tica en estado s\u00f3lido. Este nuevo m\u00e9todo, permite, a partir de un \u00fanico ensayo realizado en condiciones adecuadas determinar el mecanismo cin\u00e9tico de la reacci\u00f3n y obtener par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos aplicables a modelos matem\u00e1ticos para la descripci\u00f3n del proceso. La validaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo experimental se ha llevado a cabo mediante un estudio comparativo con otros 4 m\u00e9todos descritos en la literatura consultada. Este m\u00e9todo fue aplicado al caso particular del \u00f3xido de cinc y el titanato de cinc usados como sorbentes en la desulfurizaci\u00f3n de gases calientes.  se hace un estudio del sistema gaseoso de la mezcla simulada elcogas y se determinan las concentraciones en el equilibrio termodin\u00e1mico del sulfuro de carbonilo y el resto de componentes de la mezcla.  se ha estudiado la reactividad del \u00f3xido de cinc y el titanato de cinc con los componentes de la mezcla elcogas por separado, con la mezcla elcogas sin mon\u00f3xido de carbono y con la mezcla elcogas completa. Se proponen para cada uno de los gases estudiados, las reacciones qu\u00edmicas m\u00e1s probables en cada caso.  se hace una propuesta de mecanismo cin\u00e9tico para las reacciones estudiadas y se analiza la influencia de los componentes reductores de la mezcla gaseosa en el mecanismo de reacci\u00f3n. Finalmente, se reportan para cada gas los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos de las reacciones teniendo en cuenta un rango de temperatura entre los 400 y 700 grados c y tres presiones: presi\u00f3n
