Este problema consiste en la estimaci\u00f3n de los flujos de veh\u00edculos que utilizan los diferentes tramos de la red viaria, de manera variable con el tiempo, constituyendo por tanto una extensi\u00f3n del m\u00e1s conocido problema de asignaci\u00f3n convencional o en equilibrio..  el trabajo comienza por hacer una recopilaci\u00f3n de las modelizaciones m\u00e1s relevantes publicadas sobre el tema, en particular se consideran los planteamientos de car\u00e1cter determin\u00edstico mediante simulaci\u00f3n o bi\u00e9n en el marco de la programaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica (en particular con la teor\u00eda de control optimo).
