{"id":3676,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/singularidades-opticas-en-sistemas-de-baja-dimensionalidad\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"singularidades-opticas-en-sistemas-de-baja-dimensionalidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/singularidades-opticas-en-sistemas-de-baja-dimensionalidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Singularidades opticas en sistemas de baja dimensionalidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Rodriguez Due\u00f1as Ferney Javier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos calculado los espectros de absorcion y emision en sistemas dopados de baja dimensionalidad: sistemas cuasi-unidimensionales y sistemas cuasibidimensionales.  nos hemos concentrado en los procesos de recombinacion electron-hueco que llevan a que aparezca una fuerte singularidad en el espectro optico de estos sistemas al nivel de fermi, conocida como la singularidad de fermi.  dicha singularidad puede verse incrementada si mecanismos tales como la localizacion del hueco ya sea por impurezas o defectos en el material, permitan asumir que la banda de Valencia sea plana o que la simetria espacial sea rota. Esto puede ser conseguido si los electrones y los huecos estan separados espacialmente o por efectos de un campo magnetico b aplicado perpendicular al plano bidimensional que contiene al hilo. Hemos demostrado que la verdadera singularidad proviene de la rapida creacion de pares electron-hueco al nivel de fermi. Sin embargo esta singularidad no es tan intensa si se compara con la tipica de 1-d.
