{"id":36804,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/colonizacion-fungica-de-lentes-de-contacto\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"colonizacion-fungica-de-lentes-de-contacto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/colonizacion-fungica-de-lentes-de-contacto\/","title":{"rendered":"Colonizacion fungica de lentes de contacto."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Marisol Marqu\u00e9s Calvo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se han estudiado los factores implicados en el proceso de colonizaci\u00f3n f\u00fangica (adhesi\u00f3n e invasi\u00f3n) de lentes de contacto nuevas y procedentes de usuarios.  para ello se ha dise\u00f1ado una fase exprimental en la que se han observado, mediante microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica, las lentes procedentes de usuarios a fin de determinar la presencia o ausencia de hongos. Cuando se detectaron, y para poder proceder a su identificaci\u00f3n taxon\u00f3mica, se procedi\u00f3 a la realizaci\u00f3n de cultivos.  las lentes nuevas fueron cultivadas con diferentes cepas de hongos y se valor\u00f3 la frecuencia y densidad de colonizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan las condiciones de cultivo establecidas.  la caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica de las diferentes especies f\u00fangicas, experimentadas y encontradas, se realiz\u00f3 utilizando microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica, confocal y electr\u00f3nica de barrido.  los resultados obtenidos indican que: el 11,82% de las lentes procedentes de usuarios mostraban contaminaci\u00f3n. Entre los hongos contaminantes encontrados se describen tres nuevas citas, gliomastix, humicola y phoma. As\u00ed mismo, se ha establecido que \u00fanicamente las cepas 93150 de candida albicans y 2700 de aspergillus niger fueron cepas de colonizar las lentes nuevas.  por otra parte, se ha comprobado que la composici\u00f3n de los medios de cultivo, su evaporaci\u00f3n y las caracter\u00edsticas quimicas de las lentes (ionicidad e hidrofilia), son factores que influyen en la frecuencia de colonizaci\u00f3n y en la densidad de las hifas invasoras.  finalmente, la microscop\u00eda confocal por reflexi\u00f3n de luz ha permitido visualizar las colonias internas y su grado de penetraci\u00f3n en el material de la lente.  las conclusiones obtenidas representan una contribuci\u00f3n al conocimiento de los fen\u00f3menos determinantes del desarrollode hongos en los diferentes pol\u00edmeros estudiados. suponen, adem\u00e1s, un avance en el campo de la contactolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica y explican algunos de los problemas que<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
