{"id":36820,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/propiedades-de-transporte-y-caracterizacion-de-polimeros-conductores-polipirroles\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"propiedades-de-transporte-y-caracterizacion-de-polimeros-conductores-polipirroles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/propiedades-de-transporte-y-caracterizacion-de-polimeros-conductores-polipirroles\/","title":{"rendered":"Propiedades de transporte y caracterizacion de polimeros conductores: polipirroles."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Aziz Chaibi <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entre los pol\u00edmeros coductores conocidos, los poliacetilenos dopados presentan conductividades el\u00e9ctricas comparables a la del cobre, pero se degradan r\u00e1pidamente en aire.  el polipirrol, la polianilina entre otros en cambio, son estables, aunque presentan conductividades del orden de 100 s cm-1 son aun v\u00e1lidos para m\u00faltiples aplicaciones como nuevos materiales electr\u00f3nicos, o como sensores de gases org\u00e1nicos en los instrumentos denominados \u00abnarices artificiales\u00bb utilizados por ejemplo en el control de calidad alimentario.  los mecanismos de transporte el\u00e9ctrico que intervienen en estos pol\u00edmeros est\u00e1n directamente ligados al desorden estructural. Estos mecanismos no son todav\u00eda bien conocidos, y una mejor compresi\u00f3n de ellos ser\u00eda \u00fatil en cuanto a la caracterizaci\u00f3n y obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos materiales.  el presente trabajo consiste en estudiar las propiedades de transporte el\u00e9ctrico de estos pol\u00edmeros: conductividad el\u00e9ctrica en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura y relacionarla con propiedades a nivel microsc\u00f3pico obtenidas por t\u00e9cnicas espetrosc\u00f3picas de la resonancia de esp\u00edn electr\u00f3nico (esr). hemos medido la conductividad el\u00e9ctrica en el rando de temperaturas de 10 a 300 k y hemos interpretado la dependencia de la conductividad con la temperatura utilizando diferentes modelos (vrh; vrt), descritos previamente. hemos observado que a temperaturas intermedias el modelo de mott (vrh) da un buen ajuste con los datos experimentales. en cambio a temperaturas t&lt; 40 k s\u00f3lo pueden interpretarse mediante transporte por efecto t\u00fanel asistido por fluctuaciones (vrt).  hemos observado un comportamiento no ohmico a campos de 30-200 vm-1 seg\u00fan el tipo de muestras de polipirrol, que hemos analizado. La buena reproducibilidad del proceso de obtenci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmico de las muestras ha permitido observar una correlaci\u00f3n entre la densidad de corriente en la obtenci\u00f3n, la
