Francisca <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han completado los clones cdna que codifican sacarosa sintasa de tipos i y ii en trigo. Se ha estudiado la distribuci\u00f3n de las subunidades ss1 y ss2 en diferentes tejidos de trigo, como tambi\u00e9n en centeno, avena, arroz y ma\u00edz.  se han optimizado los par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos y biol\u00f3gicos para la expresi\u00f3n transitoria de dna, mediada por bombardeo de microproyectiles, en endospermo en desarrollo de cebada, para la evaluaci\u00f3n funcional de promotores en este tejido. Estos par\u00e1metros han sido \u00fatiles adem\u00e1s en endospermo en desarrollo de trigo.  se ha secuenciado el gen que codifica sacarosa sintasa de tipo ii de cebada, y este se compone de 15 exones y 14 intrones. Se han caracterizado el promotor, primer ex\u00f3n y primer intr\u00f3n de los genes ss1 y ss2 que codifican sacarosa sintasa en cebada.
