La region promotora proximal consiste en tres elementos: iniciador que guarda homolog\u00eda en su cadena reversa con otros elementos iniciadores, dos cajas: gc y ga, capaces de unir el factor de transuron sp1. Estos tres elementos son necesarios para producir la expresion total del gen mal y actuan sinergisticamente. En la region promotora proximal no se encuentran los elementos necesarios para conferir la especificidad de expresion, al gen mal, en linfocitos t.  debido a la simplicidad de la region promotora del gen mal, carente de cja tata y rica e gc, supone un modelo excelente para estudiar los mecanismos transcripciones de este tipo de genes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
