Se aplicaron a las ra\u00edces de lupino 1, 21 y 40% o2 durante 1, 3 y 10 d\u00edas y se analizaron de modo integrado diferentes aspectos relacionados con la difusi\u00f3n de o2.  las t\u00e9cnicas de flujo continuo y western-blot, han permitido distinguir la disminuci\u00f3n de la actividad debida a la inhibici\u00f3n o a la destrucci\u00f3n de la nitrogenasa. El 1% o2 inhibe el enzima, a los 3 d\u00edas la p\u00e9rdida de actividad es 70% y los bacteroides comienzan a destruirse con desaparici\u00f3n de la membrana peribacteroidal.  este proceso tiene implicaciones en el cultivo en situaciones de hipoxia como encharcamiento.  despu\u00e9s de 1 d\u00eda con 40% o2, la actividad se inhibe en un 20%, pese al aumento de la respiraci\u00f3n y de las glicoprote\u00ednas. Los datos no sustentan la hip\u00f3tesis de alteraciones conformacionales. A los 3 d\u00edas, el aumento de glicoprote\u00ednas (mac 236, mac265) y de lenod2, incrementar\u00edan el obst\u00e1culo f\u00edsico y el descenso de lbl (lb) reducir\u00eda la difusi\u00f3n facilitada, todos ello aumentar\u00eda la resistencia m\u00ednima. Despu\u00e9s de 10 d\u00edas, el aumento de los bacteroides y la acumulaci\u00f3n de polihidroxibutirato, introducen la posibilidad de que los bacteroides regulen la difusi\u00f3n de o2 por su crecimiento y\/o divisi\u00f3n. En conclusi\u00f3n, los n\u00f3dulos se adaptan a 40% o2 mediante una sucesi\u00f3n de alteraciones fisiol\u00f3gicas, bioqu\u00edmicas, moleculares y estructurales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
