Las correlaciones obtenidas permitir\u00e1n desarrollar simuladores m\u00e1s precisos de las caracter\u00edsticas de la cerveza terminada en funci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros de proceso y de las variables que puede controlar el t\u00e9cnico cervecero.  para facilitar el desarrollo de estos simuladores se expresan en forma de \u00e1rboles las distintas relaciones de forma que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de entender por los t\u00e9cnicos inform\u00e1ticos. Se podr\u00e1 disponer as\u00ed de modelos de bajo coste que corriendo sobre un pc sean capaces de dar resultados muy pr\u00f3ximos a la realidad de forma casi instant\u00e1nea.  estos desarrollos deberian permitir modificar los procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n de cerveza, de forma que se reduzcan los costes, sin merma de la calidad, haciendo m\u00e1s competitivo el producto frente a las cervezas de bajo precio importadas de pa\u00edses de mayor tradici\u00f3n cervecera, en los que el mercado les ha permitido realizar concentraciones en las fabricas disminuyendo los costes de producci\u00f3n por econom\u00eda de escala.  entre las correlaciones obtenidas se encuentran las que ligan el diacetilo en cerveza terminada con numerosas variables de proceso como la temperatura de siembra y fermentaci\u00f3n.  esta tesis supone un primer paso para el desarrollo de un simulador de procesos comercial, quedando las fases posteriores para t\u00e9cnicos en control de procesos e
