La bondad del sistema del control est\u00e1 limitado por el fen\u00f3meno ac\u00fastico, los transductores electroac\u00fasticos y por eldise\u00f1o del controlador electr\u00f3nico. El control activo de ruido s\u00f3lo es eficaz a bajas frecuencias (500 hz) y en zonas o recintos de peque\u00f1as dimensiones y en conductos. Asimismo, la selecci\u00f3n y ubicaci\u00f3n de los transductores electro-ac\u00fasticos determinan la estabilidad y la atenuaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica del sistema.  el dise\u00f1o del controlador electr\u00f3nico, con todas sus posibles variantes, se analiza de forma exhaustiva con objeto de obtener los mejores par\u00e1metros de funcionamiento de los algoritmos adaptativos utilizados:  algoritmos de entrada filtrada filtered-x\/u lms y algoritmos gen\u00e9ticos. La estimaci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n de transferencia de cancelaci\u00f3n es muy importante en los algoritmos de entrada filtrada ya que los errores de esta estima determinan la estabilidad global
