Los procedimientos actuales de equilibrado presentan una gran falta de metodolog\u00eda, recurri\u00e9ndose en la mayoria de los casos a equilibrados basados en experiencias anteriores. Esto implica unos tiempos de equilibrado elevados, de hasta una semana. Los costes de indisponibilidad asociados a esta operaci\u00f3n son, pues, elevados. La mayoria de este tiempo se emplea en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la respuesta del sistema ante las correcciones a introducir.  adem\u00e1s, los m\u00e9todos actuales no detectan desalineaciones, fuente muy importante de vibraci\u00f3n.  una posibilidad de reducir los tiempos de estas operaciones y, por tanto, los costes de indisponibilidad, puede ser la construcci\u00f3n de un modelo matem\u00e1tico que reproduzca de manera adecuada el comportamiento del equipo, de modo que sea posible realizar la caracterizaci\u00f3n del comportamiento del sistema de forma num\u00e9rica en lugar de en el grupo real. Este an\u00e1lisis se podria realizar de manera sosegada en los largos periodos de parada y con pocos datos de vibraci\u00f3n de los primeros rodajes de arranque. En este modelo, a realizar por el m\u00e9todo de elementos finitos, se introducir\u00e1n las principales causas de vibraci\u00f3n, como son los rotores, los cojinetes, los efectos girosc\u00f3picos, la inercia rotativa, el amortiguamiento interno, la deformaci\u00f3n por efecto cortante, el desequilibrio y las desalineaciones radial y angular. Para el ajuste del modelo, se recurre al an\u00e1lisis modal de los rotores en peri\u00f3dos de parada, y a la determinaci\u00f3n experimental de los par\u00e1metros<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
