Un an\u00e1lisis detallado de estos mutantes en distintas condiciones de cultivo, ha puesto de manifiesto diferencias fenot\u00edpicas que han permitido su asignaci\u00f3n a dos grupos fenot\u00edpicos o rutas de regulaci\u00f3n del desarrollo distintos. Los resultados del an\u00e1lisis de los dobles mutantes realizado son coherentes con la existencia de una ruta constitutiva, en la que se incluir\u00edan loci como fve y fpa, y una ruta dependiente de fotoperiodo largo, constituida por loci como co y gi, que participar\u00edan en la activaci\u00f3n de los genes responsables del establecimiento de la identidad floral en los meristemos laterales de la inflorescencia, de manera indirecta y en rutas paralelas y aditivas. Ambas rutas podr\u00edan realizar su funci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de otros genes como lfy, ft y fwa que intervendr\u00edan en el proceso de floraci\u00f3n, a nivel de meristemo apical, de manera m\u00e1s directa ft y fwa podr\u00edan actuar redundantemente con lfy en el control de otros genes implicados en el proceso de determinaci\u00f3n de la identidad del meristemo floral, tales como ap1, ap2, cal y ufo. En ausencia de lfy y ft o fwa los otros loci implicados en la inducci\u00f3n de la floraci\u00f3n son incapaces de activar la iniciaci\u00f3n floral en los meristemos
