Estos elementos son principalmente cargas con control electr\u00f3nico de potencia. El objetivo de esta tesis es el estudio de los elementos distorsionantes particularmente relacionados con los actuales compensadores est\u00e1ticos (electr\u00f3nicos) de potencia reactiva llamados en terminolog\u00eda anglosajona svc (static var controller). Concretamente se analiza el compensador tcr (thyristor controlled reactor) o compensador de bobina controlable como uno de los elementos electr\u00f3nicos que m\u00e1s distorsi\u00f3n producen.  como es bien conocido, cada vez adquiere m\u00e1s importancia el control del flujo de potencias reactivas en los sistemas el\u00e9ctricos de potencia. En este sentido, este trabajo est\u00e1 enfocado al estudio de la distorsi\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica que estos compensadores producen en la interacci\u00f3n con el sistema el\u00e9ctrico. Para tal fin, se describe inicialmente un algoritmo que simula un sistema el\u00e9ctrico de potencia con lo que esto conlleva, es decir, el modelado de elementos como generadores, transformadores, l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n y cargas todo ello para frecuencias distintas de la fundamental y para sistemas trif\u00e1sicos.  seguidamente se estudia los compensadores electr\u00f3nicos de potencia como sistemas no lineales (que producen distorsiones arm\u00f3nicas) y se analiza, mediante un algoritmo iterativo m\u00faltiple, los arm\u00f3nicos de intensidad que estos elementos producen. Este algoritmo iterativo es una t\u00e9cnica que trabaja fundamentalmente en el dominio de la frecuencia, aunque utiliza procedimientos particulares en el dominio del tiempo. Es decir, en el caso de existir dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos de dif\u00edcil evaluaci\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica, \u00e9stos se estudian inicialmente en el dominio del tiempo y posteriormente se pasan al
