Sin embargo, existe todav\u00eda una dificultad fundamental con las escalas y longitud de tiempo que obstruyen la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas metodolog\u00edas de dm en algunos de los m\u00e1s importantes problemas. Para poder lograr una mejora tan significativa en la eficiencia computacional se requieren, adem\u00e1s de plataformas masivamente paralelas, nuevos algoritmos que habiliten la simulaci\u00f3n dm a largo plazo.  esta tesis avanza espec\u00edficamente en esta direcci\u00f3n con la propuesta de nuevos algoritmos estrictamente paralelos, r\u00e1pidos y escalables, para el modelamiento y simulaci\u00f3n a largo plazo de estructuras moleculares de gran escala. Al hacer esto, se ofrece una novedosa tecnolog\u00eda habilitadora  para evaluar el comportamiento de los sistemas modelados y adem\u00e1s permitir la realizaci\u00f3n de nuevos avances cient\u00edficos en una variedad amplia de campos (nanotecnolog\u00eda molecular, din\u00e1mica molecular, telportaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica, modelamiento de multicuerpos, rob\u00f3tica, medicina,
