La discriminaci\u00f3n se hizo bajo el criterio varietal y geogr\u00e1fico. En la diferenciaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica se parti\u00f3 de vinos de la variedad tempranillo elaboradas en la d.O. Valencia, d.O.
