Este espacio temporal se corresponde con el desarrollo de la vida y la obra de tres pintores gijonense, que al decir de muchos cr\u00edticos, mejor reflejaron los temas asturianos: evaristo valle (1873-1951), nicanor pi\u00f1ole (1878-1978) y mariano mor\u00e9 (1899-1974). Durante los tres primeros cuartos del siglo xx pintan el paisaje y la sociedad asturiana de su tiempo y lo hicieron con dedicaci\u00f3n absoluta. Toda su vida no fue sino el trabajar de forma continua, evolucionando con la sociedad que retrataban y en la que siempre se encontraron inmersos. Para los tres artistas, su oficio fue casi una obsesi\u00f3n y su idea fundamental el ser testigos gr\u00e1ficos de los avatares del mundo que les rodeaba, para dejar testimonio de
