La rata es un animal muy utilizado en los laboratorios de investigaci\u00f3n que, debido a problemas de manejabilidad de sus eritrocitos, no hab\u00eda sido ensayado para estos fines. En este trabajo se han resuelto estos problemas y se ha conseguido una incorporaci\u00f3n efectiva de sustancias ex\u00f3genas de diferente naturaleza qu\u00edmica y peso molecular mediante el m\u00e9todo de di\u00e1lisis hipot\u00f3nica y resellado isot\u00f3nico. Los resultados obtenidos muestran una encapsulaci\u00f3n importante en esta especie, que se incrementa conforme lo hace el peso molecular de las sustancias, obteni\u00e9ndose c\u00e9lulas \u00edntegras y una recuperaci\u00f3n celular elevada tras el proceso.
