Con el objeto de profundizar en el conocimiento de dicho mecanismo y tomando como referencia algunos aine m\u00e1s empleados en terap\u00e9utica, se ha realizado este trabajo, utilizando como modelo farmacol\u00f3gico los ensayos de agregaci\u00f3n plaquetaria \u00abin vitro\u00bb, que nos permiten establecer la posible interferencia con la cascada del \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico de las sustancias estudiadas. De los compuestos polifen\u00f3licos ensayados, las geninas flav\u00f3nicas (eriodictiol, quercetina y diosmetina) y la esculetina (genina cumar\u00ednica), resultaron ser los m\u00e1s potentes, en todos los ensayos realizados, lo que los convierte en excelentes candidatos para su posible utilizaci\u00f3n como f\u00e1rmacos antiagregantes plaquetarios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
