Por ello es de gran inter\u00e9s investigar la regulaci\u00f3n de este proceso, as\u00ed como el modo en que otros agentes como el ampc pueden modularlo.  con este objetivo, el trabajo permiti\u00f3 concluir que: los agentes que elevan el ampc aten\u00faan la citotoxicidad del etop\u00f3sido en c\u00e9lulas mieloides al interferir espec\u00edficamente con el proceso de apoptosis. La inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis no est\u00e1 asociada a cambios en calcio, pero s\u00ed a una bajada del ph intracelular. Tampoco est\u00e1 primariamente regulada por estr\u00e9s oxidativo ni por cambios en la expresi\u00f3n del bc1-2 y bax, y problablemente tampoco por activaci\u00f3n de ap-1, pero s\u00ed podr\u00eda estar regulada por activaci\u00f3n de nf-kb, por activacion de fosfatasas tipo i y consiguiente activaci\u00f3n de proteasas ice\/ced-3. La atenuaci\u00f3n por ampc podr\u00eda explicarse por la abolici\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de c-myc, la inhibici\u00f3n de fosfatasas tipo i y proteasas ice\/ced-3, e incluso la superactivaci\u00f3n de ap-1. El butirato de sodio induce la diferenciaci\u00f3n y la apoptosis en c\u00e9lulas mieloides, as\u00ed como la expresi\u00f3n del gen de estr\u00e9s hsp-70, pero esta expresi\u00f3n no es un
