El color de estos efluentes, causado por el alto contenido en lignina, puede llegar a causar la eutrofizaci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas acu\u00e1ticos. El estudio realizado puso de manifiesto la capacidad de 4 cepas pertenecientes al g\u00e9nero streptomyces para decolorar de una forma efectiva dicho efluente.  en el an\u00e1lisis del efluente decolorado se comprob\u00f3 que este proceso de decoloraci\u00f3n es una consecuencia directa de la degradaci\u00f3n de la fracci\u00f3n alcalilignina, que es la m\u00e1xima responsable del color del efluente.  el an\u00e1lisis de la fracci\u00f3n alcalilignina y de los compuestos arom\u00e1ticos relacionados con la estructura de la lignina mediante t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas y degradativas demuestra que durante el proceso de decoloraci\u00f3n se produce la despolimerizaci\u00f3n oxidativa del componente arom\u00e1tico de la lignina. En esta tesis tambi\u00e9n se demostr\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n de enzimas oxidativas por las cepas seleccionadas lleg\u00e1ndose a la caracterizaci\u00f3n de una peroxidasa de tipo no hemo potencialmente aplicable en procesos de producci\u00f3n de pasta y papel, as\u00ed como en el tratamiento de efluentes de industrias papeleras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
