La primera obra fue escrita alrededor de 1634, aunque no sabemos la fecha exacta. La otra fue escrita y representada en 1663. Ambas obras pueden ser definidas como aleg\u00f3ricas y pertenecen al g\u00e9nero llamado del \u00abauto sacramental\u00bb.  a parte de realizar una edici\u00f3n cr\u00edtica, que es la que tiene en cuenta todos los manuscritos de una determinada obra para reconstruir lo que el artista cre\u00f3, he realizado tambi\u00e9n una extensa labor de anotaci\u00f3n de aquellos pasajes, que por sus referencias, met\u00e1foras e im\u00e1genes pudieron ser m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de comprender para el lector actual.  un estudio introductorio comenta los principales aspectos aleg\u00f3ricos de ambas obras, adem\u00e1s de fijarse en sus representaciones, actores, fechas, tramoyas de representaci\u00f3n, efectos musicales&#8230;  tambi\u00e9n se ha realizado el estudio de la evoluci\u00f3n en la comparaci\u00f3n aleg\u00f3rica de las figuras de cristo y orfeo, desde el siglo ii a.
