El motivo estructural \u00ab2-6-11\u00bb se caracteriza por estar constituido por p\u00e9ptidos de 14 amino\u00e1cidos con los siguientes requisitos: prolina en posici\u00f3n 6, un amino\u00e1cido hidrof\u00f3bico o lisina en posici\u00f3n 2 y un amino\u00e1cido \u00e1cido en posici\u00f3n 11. Cuando se incuban estos p\u00e9ptidos en presencia de c\u00e9lulas linfomononucleares de donantes sanos, inducen la estimulaci\u00f3n de los monocitos que se manifiesta con la liberaci\u00f3n de il-1alfa, il-6 y tnfalfa. Algunos de los p\u00e9ptidos estudiados (t1,t9 y t10) tambi\u00e9n promueven la proliferaci\u00f3n de clones de linfocitos th1, lo que se manifiesta con un incremento en la liberaci\u00f3n de il-2. Adem\u00e1s hemos detectado que \u00e9stos p\u00e9ptidos inducen un aumento en la actividad adnasa presente en algunas subpoblaciones celulares.  los resultados de \u00e9ste trabajo sugieren que los
