En la primera parte de la tesis se considera la legislaci\u00f3n general relativa a esta instituci\u00f3n (lv 25,8-55), as\u00ed como sus casos particulares (lv 27,16-24 y nm 36,1-12). En la segunda parte se consideran las alusiones al a\u00f1o jubilar, m\u00e1s o menos probables, en los libros b\u00edblicos de jerem\u00edas, ezequiel, isa\u00edas, 1 y 2 cr\u00f3nicas, nehem\u00edas y daniel, y en la literatura intertestamentaria. Se observa c\u00f3mo hay un desarrollo en el que se va perdiendo el aspecto legal del jubileo y se va cargando de contenido apocal\u00edptico y escatol\u00f3gico. En la tercera parte se trata particularmente de c\u00f3mo en el evangelio de san lucas se presentan como colmadas las espectativas abiertas por el desarrollo de esta
