En el caso de la cirrosis biliar primaria, esta actividad fue mayor que en la enfermedad de graves, la esclerosis m\u00faltiple y los donantes sanos. La actividad dnasa fue dependiente de ca2+, inhibibe por zn2+ y mayor a phs \u00e1cidos, su peso molecular aproximado fue de 66 kda, y se mostr\u00f3 m\u00e1s activa frente al dna monohebra. La actividad dnasa asociada a los monocitos fue tambi\u00e9n dependiente de la presencia del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico. El an\u00e1lisis por citometr\u00eda de flujo de las subpoblaciones de c\u00e9lulas linfomononucleares mostr\u00f3 que la actividad asociada a c\u00e9lulas t4 correlaciona con la relaci\u00f3n entre las c\u00e9lulas t4 memoria y las \u00abnaive\u00bb, la asociada a los linfocitos t8 lo hace con la subpoblaci\u00f3n de linfocitos t4 inductores de citotoxicidad, y por \u00faltimo, la actividad dnasa de los monocitos se asocia a una subpoblaci\u00f3n activada y madura de \u00e9stos. Esta actividad dnasa podr\u00eda tener un papel importante en los mecanismos de citotoxicidad y apoptosis implicados en las alteraciones de la respuesta autoinmune.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
