Si este no modifica las prote\u00ednas celulares, pueden mostrarse nuevos modelos proteol\u00edticos, como se sugiere por los resultados, y con ello la posible formaci\u00f3n de nuevos epitopos relacionados con autoant\u00edgenos.  hemos llevado a cabo la nitrosilaci\u00f3n de la tiroglobulina (tg), prote\u00edna b\u00e1sica de mielina (pbm) y proinsulina, autoant\u00edgenos relacionados con eg, em y dmid respectivamente, y analizado el patr\u00f3n de esas prote\u00ednas cuando se exponen a diferentes proteasas. La tg-no, pbm-no y proinsulina-no se sintetizaron por tratamiento con exceso de nano2 en medio \u00e1cido y la nitrosilaci\u00f3n se confirm\u00f3 por el incremento en la densidad \u00f3ptica a 340 nm aproximadamente.  las prote\u00ednas nitrosiladas muestran un patr\u00f3n de fragmentaci\u00f3n proteol\u00edtico diferente al de las prote\u00ednas nativas sugiriendo que el no puede estar jugando un papel importante en la producci\u00f3n de nuevos determinantes antig\u00e9nicos.  los experimentos han dado lugar a cambios cuantitativos y cualitativos en relaci\u00f3n con el grado de
